EXPERIENCE

Over the spread of many years, during my career in the field of real estate, I tackled many facets of the industry. I started at the base of the piramid 22 years ago as a resident manager, working my way up to managing hundreds of units of residential income property, then turning to sales. After a while I have been offered a position in the City of Los Angeles as an assistant to management, working with Industrial and Commercial Development programs such as revitalization projects and business improvement districts foundation, among others.

After a short tenure  in the real estate section of the Public Works Department, I have been offered a position at the Los Angeles International Airport where, for the next 8 years, I managed Terminals 1 through 4. The position involved negotiating contracts with the corporate representatives of commercial domestic and international airlines, assisting City Attorney in drafting lease documents, managing leases and making presentations to the Board of Airport Commissioners or City Council for approval of contracts. 

These unique opportunities that life threw in my path are the foundation of my expertise, from contract negotiation, to contract writing, to closing the deal and ensuring your rights and assets are protected.
